Pricing Factors

What Affects Your Quote

Gravel and dirt jobs vary by material, quantity, and logistics. Here's what shapes the price.

Load Size & Volume
A small driveway patch is one trailer load. A full driveway resurfacing or large excavation removal could be multiple loads — each haul is priced accordingly.
Material Type
Gravel, topsoil, and fill dirt are all heavy materials. The density and type of material affects how much we can haul per load and what the dump facility charges.
Distance & Location
Delivery and removal distance from the source or dump facility affects the total cost. Jobs within the core service counties are our sweet spot.
Site Access
Easy driveway access for dumping makes for a fast, efficient job. Tight access, soft ground, or complex placement can affect the time and difficulty.

Questions

Frequently Asked

What types of gravel do you deliver? +
We deliver the most common types used in Northwest Ohio — driveway gravel (crushed limestone, #53s), pea gravel, drainage stone, and landscape aggregate. Tell Blaine what you're using it for and he'll help you confirm the right material for the job.
Can you both deliver and haul away on the same job? +
Yes — for projects that involve swapping material (removing old fill and bringing in new gravel, for example), we can coordinate both in a single trip or across back-to-back loads. Talk to Blaine when you call and he'll work out the most efficient approach.
How much can you haul per load? +
The dump trailer has a solid capacity for most residential and small commercial jobs. The exact amount per load depends on material density — gravel and concrete sit differently than topsoil or fill dirt. Blaine will walk you through how many loads your project needs when you call for your quote.
Do you help with spreading or grading, or just delivery? +
We deliver and dump material where you need it. Spreading, grading, and finish work is typically handled by the customer or their landscaping crew. If you have specific dump placement needs (backing into a spot, dumping in stages), let Blaine know when you schedule and he'll do his best to accommodate.
