Pricing Factors

What Affects Your Quote

Demo debris varies more than almost any other material. Here's what drives your price.

Load Size & Volume
A single room gut job is very different from a full house teardown. The more material, the more trailer loads — and more dump fees.
Material Type
Heavy materials like concrete, brick, and tile are significantly more expensive to dump than light debris like drywall or insulation. Always mention heavy material when calling.
Distance & Location
Jobsites within the core service counties are easy. Work farther out may carry a small travel factor depending on total distance.
Site Access
A dumpster-style accessible pile on the driveway is fast. Debris inside a structure, up stairs, or in a confined area adds time and affects your quote.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Can you haul concrete and brick? +
Yes, but concrete and masonry are among the heaviest materials we haul — and dump fees for heavy material are significantly higher. Always mention concrete or brick when you call so Blaine can give you an accurate quote and confirm load size limits. We may need to keep the load lighter than a typical debris haul.
Does the debris need to be in a pile, or can it be scattered? +
Piled and accessible is ideal — it keeps the job faster and your price lower. Scattered debris across a large area or inside a structure takes more time to gather and load. If you're not sure how to prep, just ask Blaine when you call and he'll tell you what works best for your situation.
Can you work around my construction crew's schedule? +
Yes — flexibility is one of the benefits of working with an owner-operator. Blaine can often schedule debris hauls between phases of your project, during crew breaks, or early morning before the crew arrives. Coordinate a time when you call for your quote.
Do you haul asbestos-containing materials? +
No. Asbestos and hazardous materials require licensed abatement contractors and specialized disposal — that's outside our scope. All other standard demo materials (drywall, lumber, roofing, flooring, concrete) are fine. If you're unsure about your material, call Blaine and describe it before booking.
